Your map is generated directly from the preview you create on our website. We highly recommend reviewing the preview carefully for spelling, formatting, and design accuracy, as we are not responsible for errors made during customization.

We recommend double-checking the details like spelling, location, and design before ordering. However, if you realize there's an error within 12 hours of purchase, we may be able to assist with a correction.

Typically, it takes around 1-2 business days for production and 5-7 business days for shipping. You’ll receive an email once your map is on its way!

If your map is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with a close-up photo of the damage, as well as a wider shot of the full product. We will reprint and ship your item at no additional cost.
