We’re committed to getting your custom artwork to you as smoothly as possible. Because each piece is made to order, shipping timelines can vary slightly, and this policy is here to give you clear expectations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on your order size and location. The most accurate and up-to-date rates, as well as estimated timelines, will always be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Shipping Times

Most orders arrive within 7–10 days of being placed. Please note:

  • Timelines shown at checkout are the most reliable reference.

  • Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier, holidays, or peak seasons.

  • While we do our best to meet or beat these estimates, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Lost Packages

A package will be considered lost if it does not arrive within 12 days after the order has shipped.

If this happens:

  1. Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  2. If it’s been more than 12 days with no delivery and no “delivered” scan on the tracking, contact us at support@inscriptedmaps.com.

  3. Once we verify the package is lost in transit, we’ll issue a one-time reprint at no additional cost. Reprints typically arrive within 7–10 days.

👉 Please note: we do not issue refunds for lost packages, but we’ll happily create a replacement.

Package Marked “Delivered” but Missing

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package:

  • Double-check around your property (porches, side doors, garages) and with neighbors.

  • Wait 2–3 days — carriers sometimes mark items delivered before they actually arrive.

  • If it still hasn’t shown up, email us at support@inscriptedmaps.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to Canada and the EU in the future — stay tuned!

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
