At Inscripted, we create custom artwork made just for you. Each piece is designed with care and attention to detail—which is why returns and refunds work a little differently than you might be used to.
Customized Products Are Final Sale
Because every print is custom-created, we cannot accept standard returns, refunds, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Unlike larger home goods retailers, we’re unable to resell personalized artwork. We ask that you:

Double-check spelling, dates, and location details before ordering.

Review your preview carefully to ensure the size, style, and layout feel right for you.
This helps us make sure you’ll love the piece once it arrives.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll make it right.
Here’s what to do:

Take one close-up photo of the damage and one wider photo showing the full product.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@inscriptedmaps.com with your order number and photos.

Once we confirm the damage, we’ll reprint and ship your item at no cost. (Reprints typically arrive within 7–10 business days.)
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll help investigate. While we can’t provide refunds for lost packages, if the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will arrange a one-time complimentary reprint to your original shipping address.
Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 12 hours, cancellations are at our discretion, as our print partners may already be preparing your order.
Preview & Personalization Accuracy
Your print file is generated directly from the preview you create on our site. Please carefully review spelling, formatting, and design before placing your order. Inscripted is not responsible for errors entered during customization.
